 MOLINO BOOKING INFORMATIONConfirmation and payments: To make a confirmed booking, we will require your name, telephone number, and credit card details. Reservations are not secure until a 50% non-refundable deposit has been paid. The balance of the payment is due 6 weeks before arrival. The credit card used at time of booking will need to be provided on arrival along with your passport, in order to comply with Spanish regulations.Short stays: Molino Del Carmen can accommodate guests who would prefer a shorter stay - with a two-night stay being the minimum. Please ask for information about our per night rates.

Breakages: We will require a €150 deposit to cover any breakages or damage to the apartment or its contents. After your departure, the apartment will be checked and the deposit refunded in full if all is in order.
Checking In & Out: Guests are welcome to arrive early, although we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before the official check-in time of 2.00 pm. Check-out time is by 11 am on the day of departure. Starter Baskets: We can arrange a basket of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, eggs, butter and 5l of water to be waiting in your apartment, for a payment of €15. Please let us know if you require this service when you book.
