Moorish Apartment - sleeps 2 people.There is a charming and cool plant-filled entrance hall opening into this apartment and onto the pool terrace. The living-room has an open-plan kitchen area with prettily sculpted shelves displaying Granada pottery. The room is furnished with Moroccan rugs and locally made cane furniture.
From here you can catch the first sun in the morning or watch the moon rise over the castle in the evening. Looking towards the coast you see the flashing lighthouses of North Africa.
The double bedroom is curtained off from the living room and is decorated in a romantic Moorish style. There is a bathroom en-suite with shower, WC and hand basin.
The Moorish apartment has its own table and chairs on the pool terrace for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Gaucín is a mountain village and the surrounding terrain is quite hilly. El Molino del Carmen, like most of the village properties, is built over differing levels. Therefore, we would not encourage visitors to El Molino who have a problem with stairs.
