Terrace Apartment - sleeps 2 people.This is at the west end of the house sharing the large upper terrace with the Garden Wing. It has an outdoor dining area surrounded by roses, jasmine and plumbago; in winter there will be giant marguerites and geraniums. The apartment is on two levels with a typically steep hooded Spanish staircase linking the two rooms.
The living-room has a well equipped kitchen/dining area, and there is a small wood-burning stove for ambience in the winter. Downstairs you will find a nice sitting area with comfortable sofa and music centre for you CDs and cassettesUpstairs is a double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the pool and down to the coast and Africa with an en-suite bathroom with tubby bath, shower, WC, basin and bidet.

Gaucín is a mountain village and the surrounding terrain is quite hilly. El Molino del Carmen, like most of the village properties, is built over differing levels. Therefore, we would not encourage visitors to El Molino who have a problem with stairs.
