In the West Wing of the Molino, is a private suite on two levels, surrounded by bougainvillea and trailing jasmine that would have delighted the tormented, poetic soul of Carmen’s Don José. Peaceful and private, these Chambers open onto a large patio terrace perfect for relaxing in the cool, scented air of a Spanish evening – making romantic, al fresco dining a must.

The lower level boasts a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area and comfortable living room with a TV and DVD player.

Up the traditionally-tiled, hooded staircase, is a classically elegant double bedroom, with queen-sized bed, a stylish en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and views across to Africa. With neutral palettes and Moorish finishes, Don José’s Chambers offer a luxurious retreat for those seeking to escape the world…
