BOOKING

Confirmation and payments: To make a confirmed booking, we will require your name, telephone number, and credit card details. Reservations are not secure until a 50% non-refundable deposit has been paid. The balance of the payment is due 6 weeks before arrival. The credit card used at time of booking will need to be provided on arrival along with your passport, in order to comply with Spanish regulations.

Short stays: Molino Del Carmen can accommodate guests who would prefer a shorter stay – with a three-night stay being the minimum. Please ask for information about our per night rates.

Breakages: We will require a €150 deposit to cover any breakages or damage to the apartment or its contents. After your departure, the apartment will be checked and the deposit refunded in full if all is in order.

Checking In & Out: Guests are welcome to arrive early, although we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before the official check-in time of 3.00 pm. Check-out time is by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
