The jewel in the Molino’s crown, this house encapsulates luxury, style, comfort and enjoys fully encompassing views of Gaucin, the Crestellina mountains, down to the Mediterranean and out to North Africa.
Sleeping 8, the largest property in the Molino’s portfolio, Casa Abanico is spread over 4 floors. On the ground floor you will find three bedrooms, a large twin double with en-suite and access to a terrace (leading to the pool), a king-size double opening onto the same terrace and a smaller twin double, more suited to children of the family. There is also a marble bathroom with bath/shower on this floor.
On the first floor the spacious, air conditioned main en-suite bedroom with twin/double beds and dressing area, sits majestically with stunning views from its floor to ceiling windows and juliette balconies.
Up the stairs the open plan living/dining/kitchen area offers unparalleled views from the wall of glass and balcony stretching the length of the room. The kitchen offers every convenience desired and the comfortable living area can be air-conditioned in the summer months or kept cosy with a beautiful log burner in the winter.
A further ascent brings you to the top floor and the breath-taking terrace area. This houses a decadent cabana seating area, dining table and sun terrace with large gas BBQ. The vistas can be fully enjoyed whilst sitting and relaxing after a hard day exploring or sunbathing!
